About Robert Schur
Robert Schur is an entrepreneur and commercial strategist with more than two decades of experience working across enterprise sales, international business development and strategic partnerships.
Throughout his career Robert has worked at the intersection of commercial growth, entrepreneurship and international market expansion, supporting organisations looking to open markets, build partnerships and develop new commercial opportunities.
His experience spans Norway, the United Kingdom and South Africa, where he has worked with founders, leadership teams and organisations navigating complex commercial environments and cross-border opportunities.
Earlier in his career Robert co-built and scaled a digital business delivering web development, SEO and digital growth strategies to more than 200 companies. During this period he built and led a multidisciplinary team across development, marketing and sales while helping organisations strengthen their digital presence and generate new business opportunities.
Alongside entrepreneurial ventures he has also worked in advisory roles supporting organisations with commercial strategy, market entry and international expansion.
Robert has been involved in ventures that have resulted in successful company exits, providing valuable experience in scaling businesses and building long-term commercial value.
